Troposphere's Founder has a background in technology investment banking, deep technology startups, engineering and economics. Our founder has expertise in all matters of global finance and corporate strategy across the capital structure and stage of development, including: venture stage, growth equity, IPO, and other capital formation and corporate matters. He has led technology sector IPO's, convertible debt, secondary equity offerings, strategic M&A engagements, acquisitions and sales; and advised on private equity, public, private and large cap investment banking transactions at the global investment banks in New York.
